Very user friendly and straight forward interface
The support team is very responsive, willing to help with any questions or concerns that we have had since our implementation of this software solution by their organization! Great product for all sizes businesses who want an easy-to-use system but also one which offers full control over your inventory in real time as well as reporting capabilities without having to hire additional personnel/costs associated therewith (ie., accounting staff).
I wish it was easier to see where items are located within my storage facilities so they can be more easily transferred between locations if needed; however once you realize how simple these transfers actually become after using the program's functionality - no problem at all!! It really does make transferring goods from location A into B super smooth & efficient.
