This is a quality device that I am satisfied with. The buyer beware, however, that chopping pork is still an art. First the temperature has to be right. Still warm, but not too hot. Wait for it to cool and use this tool to turn your pork into mush. Even if your pork is "lean" waxed, it's hard to do it other than by hand. This grinder will cope with the task of evenly distributing fat. For the occasional one-shoulder cook, just make it by hand. If you pull a lot of shoulders at once or often, then this tool is for you (us).
