Because of the glowing testimonials I had read, I was looking forward to making a purchase from the SouLight web store. The website was sluggish and inattentive, which made shopping there an ordeal. After a long search, I was dismayed to discover that the item I wanted was priced much higher than I had expected. When I placed my purchase, I didn't anticipate the shipping time to be so lengthy. One of the items in my order was broken when it eventually arrived. I had to wait a long time to speak with someone on the phone, and they were generally useless and didn't seem to care about my issue. Unfortunately, I cannot speak highly enough of SouLight as a purchasing destination.
