I'll leave my original review below in fairness. I said the quality has changed but like most things in life it was an end user fault, not an inferior product. So what was wrong? Somehow I managed to switch my often repeated order from 24V fans to 12V fans. That means I used 12V fans in a 24V application. The fact that they have lasted so long speaks volumes about how good these fans are. Also, when I discovered the problem, I ordered several 24V versions to postpone my next fan failure well into the future. Here's the original: I used to love these fans. They lasted 5 to 6 months which was good value for money. We've used tons of them. Now I have to find a new brand because the last batches we ordered were of poor quality. They last 1 to 2 weeks to death! I took one apart to see what might be causing it - to see if we could fix it - and it turned out that the fan had burned out on its own. Heat damage was everywhere. We are sad because they were so good and now they are not good at all. Stay away.:(
