I like that you can add custom fields to make it easier when updating reports with your data or adding new users/contacts etc., is easy enough so anyone in our team could do this without training! The customer support has been great as well - they are always willing help out whenever needed no matter what time of day!! Would love more options to customize certain things (i will be honest here). It would have helped if we had some kind advanced customization features where i didn't need constant assistance from their techs everytime an update comes into play since there's nothing really "plug-n'-play". Have used comment solution previously at another organization before moving over which made me feel comfortable using them again now too even though my current employer doesn’t use anymore because its all integrated within power BI right?
