Works but requires a small push in metal. Bought to drill a U clip to attach the metal guard to the outside air extractor hood. I think it worked like a charm and made clean holes easily but the husband said he had to get used to drilling metal first and after that he made clean holes and managed to do it in 5 minutes. bam! . In other words, worked like a charm.
