The speed and accuracy of their transcriptionists. They are very good at communicating with you throughout the process. Their customer support has been great too. I haven't found anything I dislike about this company. It's been a pleasure working with them so far. They have done a fantastic job for us. From the first time we contacted them they were professional and courteous. We needed help transcribing an audio recording from another company into text format. They were able to do it in less than 2 days!
