The phone works very well. Relatively easy to set up once you know the basics of networking and VoIP. For those who don't, this is not a regular landline phone and will not function as such. It can be used with the included handset and headset, but also has a speaker which is useful for some calls with decent audio quality (obviously it sounds better with a handset). Some buttons can be programmed for speed dialing, which is great. If you just need to call a few regular numbers, the connection can be made with just one touch. There is also a full agenda feature so you can save as many numbers as you need. I have two devices. One of them has been running on POE power for over a year without any problems. The other was just bought and works fine with the included 5V power supply. The box also includes a network cable to connect to the router.
