This is a network. Not very large. It does.

This is mesh. Not very large. It doesn't cover the cargo area like I was hoping. It has a zip so it can be unzipped but given the mounts in the car the choice of where and how it fits is limited. It has a leather case to store it when not in use or to store it away if you want. However, it is sewn to this bag.
