Reusable yes, but came with strong odor!
I needed an icing bag that was sturdy and reusable. Three sizes is a plus. But BEWARE of a strong smell surging from packaging and from the bag itself. I won't bother returning, and will let them sit overnight in soapy water. Hopefully that will help.
