I don't recommend it and I won't claim that my hair looks or feels thicker, but I think it does. Before: Couldn't wash my hair without it every 2-3 days. The day I washed it was a good hair day. On the 2nd and 3rd day I had to tie my hair in a ponytail or pigtails or my hair would become soft and greasy. After: I can wash my hair almost once a week! Now I have 2-3 good days for my hair and then I style it in a ponytail or braids for a few days and it doesn't look so greasy and flat anymore. Now I can wash it every 5 or 6 days. It has a very nice clean smell and I've stopped searching and buying all the other national brands that advertise their shampoo for its hair enhancing properties. my hair has actually changed, or does this shampoo make it "magic" and improve the results I am able to get from this shampoo. I also use their conditioner and scalp cleanser. The conditioner is very light and doesn't weigh the hair down at all. A little more about the scalp cleanser.
