Poor fit or design. - Children

I'm not sure if the one I received is defective but my daughter found it terribly uncomfortable. She fits well for her size, but when she tried to push her arms forward they were so tight against the back of her head that marks were left. Even with her sleeves unbuttoned, unless she was completely relaxed with her arms down, it was a fat man in a small coat.
