Well I thought it would be better to replace the 100 mesh filter with a 500 mesh filter. my fault. The device is perfect for my home, but unfortunately (due to my water) clogged after about 3 days, to the point of reducing the water flow. For that reason I can't give it 5 stars, but I won't give it a 1 star (this thing let me down) either. It clearly works the way a 500 mesh filter should - it just doesn't work for MY water in MY well. I bought the same stamp in 100's grid and it costs A$$. He gets 5 stars. If your well water contains only very fine particles, you will probably give THIS 5 stars.
