1 star for soft/flexible strap. 1 star because it looks nice / high quality strap. Zero stars for the fit. They fit 19mm wide BUT the strap length is a big issue. If you have very small wrists or are a kid this would be great. As you can see from the photos I've added, the new strap is significantly smaller than the original strap. If you are a beginner, losing weight etc. I would not recommend these bands. If you are already small or advanced on your weight loss journey, I would recommend the strips.
