I've been looking for a travel bag for a long time. It was the only bag I could find that wasn't as bulky due to the many external pockets and appeared to be the right size. But there were many negative points to keep: 1. the material is very hard2. The shoulder strap has a square buckle that cuts into my chest3. The closure straps/compartments were very difficult to open and close and looked very flimsy. I don't know why it's so hard to find a good bag!
