Good product, they are tiny plastic flakes, not styrofoam flakes

These are very small plastic snowflakes. It's not foam. Easy to use. nice big bag. Be careful, it flies fairly easily, but most snow flies. It came off my clothes with a simple flick of the wrist. Light cords use about one cup per 4-6 inch square depending on the thickness of the cords on the platform. Just enough to cover the felt on my green platform. I would buy this again.
