I like that they have tools to help you create your own personal safety program, as well as an option of having someone come in person or via video conference with our team members who are not local but live across country from us (i'm talking about US time zones).

They also offer training at no cost if it is outside their normal business hours! We used them while we were setting up new programs within our organization - nothing out-of-the ordinary there so far! Nothing specific here either; just great customer service overall through email communications during set ups/maintance periods. Give 'em a try before signing anything too serious though because some things can get tricky when dealing directly wth another entity's legal department versus going thru third party management services such as theirs :).
