Fantastic! It's one of those moments when I knew something was going to go wrong. Wouldn't it be too bright? Will this create a glare preventing me from seeing my monitor (large monitor desktop)? Well, everything went better than I expected. The three light intensity levels - and the ease with which you dim them with a single touch - are perfect. The cable is a stand. Just twist it how you want it. I use this light with a standard desktop keyboard. So I plug the flashlight into the USB port on my parabolic receiver, right next to my monitor. When I first got the light I used a small power supply. Also, I use a short cable to increase the distance between the USB port and the light source. It's nice that this was one of those moments where I was surprised I got something better than I thought I would.
