Okay, it doesn't look like it will penetrate the fabric, it looks like it's just laying on top of it
This is a stiffer vinyl so it won't stick to the fabric. with but not like the others I've bought. The colors are nice and bright but it looks like they'll just sit on after washing. I even gave up.
