I watched a YouTube video before trying this product. The kit included 4 screws of different sizes. First I started with the smallest one and it didn't tighten enough. The next one worked. Also, I put the screw in the wrong way round, assuming the top of the screw is on the top of the hole and the stand comes out on the bottom. It was wrong. The screw goes the other way. I wouldn't have guessed. But when I flipped it it worked, it got tight. I snapped off the end slightly and the glasses were fixed. The problem I had was that without the ability to wear glasses it was very difficult and frustrating to see the screw head in time.
