It's all about capture

My son is a free runner and he has name brand shoes that are said to be suitable for this but I thought I'd buy him a targeted/specialized pair of shoes to see what he thinks. He has so many pairs that I bought this pair a half size up for future use, but he was keen to try them and said that their grip is better than others (New Balance, Merrell, Adidas, etc.).

Pros

Versatility: These shoes can be used for a variety of activities like cycling, HIIT, ninja, obstacle courses and more, making them the perfect choice for people who engage in a variety of physical activities.

Cons

May not be suitable for people who prefer thicker soled shoes as these shoes have very thin soles which may not provide enough cushioning for some activities.
