I make a lot of cornhole boards for my friends and the part I always hated was cutting holes. I've made a few with a jigsaw but the holes were always a bit jagged. I then bought a 6 inch hole saw which made a nice round hole but the process was like brushing an annoyed mountain lion's teeth. I broke a powerful drill and almost broke my wrists. Bit and 6 inch round template. He works in a metalworking shop and made me a very nice stencil, but a simple one made of wood would have sufficed. At the very least, Home Depot sells pre-cut die-cut boards that you can use, but there may be other solutions. I was amazed at how easily I was able to cut the perfect hole with this drill bit. Like a Buddha!
