I don't know why so many people are complaining that they paid $30 for just 1 fitted sheet? When I purchased this item I knew I would receive a fitted sheet. And that's exactly what I would like to buy. It's not the seller's fault. The product is initially soft and smells a bit. I washed it with cold water in a gentle form. The softness has not changed. I've never tried a 1000 thread count reed, so I can't tell if it's 1000 thread count or not. Some reviews stated that this item was not Egyptian cotton. Well, I don't know if that's true or not. It looks like a cotton cloth with over 650 threads (maybe 750 threads or 1000 threads). And I don't think it's expensive.
