Review on boruizhen by Vivian Eker

Unfortunately, I was duped by Boruizhen, a purportedly specialized online retailer for bicycle gear and other outdoor sporting activities. It was a nightmare, I tell you what. The state of their website is terrible. It's confusing, and I found myself needing a map merely to get around. Their supply is so low that they don't even have the necessities! What type of bike shop doesn't stock the bare essentials? What's more, the quality of the things I did buy from them was subpar. My bike equipment has never given me so much trouble. They might as well have been peddling imitation goods. Also, how is their support staff? Don't bother with that. It's as though they're making an effort to avoid assisting you. I needed help with a problem with my order, but I didn't hear back for weeks. When I did, they were disrespectful and unable to help me. In sum, Boruizhen is not somewhere I'd ever suggest to anyone. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere to avoid bother. I wish I had never faced their cycling nightmare because of the low quality of their items, the terrible quality of their customer service, and the complexity of their website.
