This is the worst product I have ever bought from Revain. If you're using this to grill, by the time you're getting 145-165 degree temp readings, you've got third degree burns on your arm! It literally takes 2 minutes for the reading to go from 90 degrees to 145 degrees. If you're grilling three steaks, forget it. I had a great 8-10 year plug that was easy to read and gave quick and accurate readings, but someone tried to wash it and it broke. This fork is pure junk.
