The ease in which we can manage our client relationships from one place is amazing! It makes keeping track of all communication with each person seamless! I wish there was more flexibility around payments but that’s not something they could change without losing some features (which would be unfortunate). We are able to have quick conversations about billing questions or issues before sending invoices through chat instead of emailing back-and forth. This has made communications much easier for us as well since we no longer wait days just so someone else at another location will see what needs addressed first.
