Bought as a gift for someone with a newborn. I uploaded a few photos with no problem, but found that the touchscreen was not working. Okay, I'll just come back, okay? No, I'm sticking with it because I can't delete added photos. I consider myself fairly tech savvy and I'm pretty good with gadgets, but all I try is to no avail. The software says the photos have been deleted, but as soon as you disconnect the viewer from the PC and open it, they reappear. So I can't get it back with my personal photos and the photo viewer doesn't work for me. Probably grab him a hammer and go in the trash. 40+ dollars down the drain. GARBAGE
