Not Worth Your Money

According to my experience, this product is a complete waste of money. As someone who enjoys Arts and Crafts, I was expecting more than a basic overview of flat pattern sewing techniques. The instructions given were vague and difficult to follow, and the end result was disappointing. The only pro was the price, but even that wasn't worth it for the lack of quality content. Save yourself the frustration and look for a more comprehensive resource.
