The best thing about pragmatist as far as I am concerned is its ability to manage multiple accounts from different clients at once. It has helped us save a lot of our precious working-day by managing all the client's activities from one dashboard. If you are looking for an efficient tool which will help your business grow then pragmatist is just the right fit for you. There isn't anything specific that I dislike or would like to change but everything seems to be fine so far. Managing many different client accounts within one platform saves me a tonne of effort and makes my work easier.
