I liked these headphones for about three days until the right one started shorting out and then stopped working completely. Revan told me to contact Samsung. I chatted with them for a silly time and ended up having to send in a broken pair and wait for a replacement pair. They sent the wrong item as a replacement so I spent a lot more time trying to get the right ones and after speaking to 3 different people they said I had to call Samsung support to get this sorted out. I am so disappointed that Samsung has not taken responsibility for this issue. In the end I told them to forget it, I'll leave the headphones, eat up their cost and buy a new pair.
