I have an old LG Cosmos 2. Despite being a dumb phone, there is Bluetooth. I wanted a headband to listen to music through bluetooth headphones while working out. I'm an average height male, 6ft 1in and it fits my biceps almost perfectly. Not too tight but could be a little tighter. Basically all you needed was something versatile to hold the phone. I realized that I should be looking for an MP3 armband not a phone armband as everything is optimized for a wide smartphone these days.
