My CRM system at work was down so I called support from cloudcrm (not crun). After talking with them for about half hour they said their "supervisor" needed to approve before anything would be done & it'd take another 2 hours or more of my time without any guarantee we'll get our data back online! This has made me loose customers because now people don't trust us anymore due this incident!! They are not professional enough when you talk/deal directly wththem like i did via phone call after emailing many times. If someone wants customer specific info out there then go ahead but if u want good relationship between both parties- DONT do business through cloudservice providers. !
