I like that this is an easy way to send out mass emails with little effort, it's very customizable as well! The support team has been great so far too; always available for quick questions/concerns when needed. It would be nice if you could create custom fields within each email instead of having templates (and therefore more options). Also, sometimes there are some errors while sending messages which make them not go through properly but they're usually fixed quickly enough after reporting those issues from our end - no need to worry about being locked without any notification at all :) We use mailclark mainly because we have many different projects going simultaneously where communication between departments can get messy otherwise. This allows us to centralise everything into one place rather than trying to find things ourselves among multiple files etc., also helps keep track easily whenever something goes.
