Review on Enhanced ILIFE Shinebot W400s: Wet Scrubbing Mopping Robot with XL Water Tank for Efficient Floor Washing on Hard Surfaces by Melissa Dean

I bought this in October 2020. We use it fairly regularly, every 4 days, because we have dogs that waddle across the sand to our fully tiled floor. The reason I bought it specifically for all other mopping robots was because it claims to work with all tiles and animals. For the first month the robot worked well, then the cleaning quality started to drop. I have OCD and have cleaned it after every run, as well as the brush and any other dirty parts. It's been 3 months now (January 2021) and the mop doesn't even get wet or spin and the dirty water area doesn't even suck up water anymore. I have informed the company of my concerns, no response yet.
