Strong hold but soft to the touch!
I normally buy and use the 28. Somehow they either were out, or I messed up and ordered the 32. Whatever happened, it was a good error. I love the 28 and it does hold up well in the wind. BUT, your hair feel like a "shell". Break the shell, the style droops. The 32 is such a fine mist spray that you don't realize you are wearing hairspray. Hair moves in the wind, but then does try to get back in place! (If that makes sense.) Try both so you can see what I mean. :)
- Love it. Holds in the humidity.
- Not easy to wash out completely with regular shampoo
