Review on ๐Ÿšฃ Inflatable Boat Series: Intex Seahawk by David Hansen

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Great price good boat not for white water

Really good boat for the price. This is actually not a rafting boat, but an upgraded play boat. Ideal for paddling on lakes to relax or drifting down lazy rivers. As always, if you throw gear into the boat (vest, ice box, camera, etc.), it will no longer be a 3-person boat. More like 1 adult with gear, 1 adult and 1 child with gear, 2 adults with minimum gear. Equipment, 2 adults and 1 child without equipment, or 2 adults and equipment where adults are not concerned with accidental foot and leg contact. 3 air chambers = outer case ring, inner case ring and back. Boston valves on two body chambers. NOTE: The supplied Intex 'Double Quick II' pump failed on its second use to inflate the boat - maybe I overinflated or something - luckily friends had a pump I borrowed to use later on the trip I had to look for stores to replace it (Walmart = Intex "Double Quick III S" pump and Cabela's = Outcast "Aire Double Acting" pump). then swam there from the boat. Then I floated for several hours on the Yellowstone River in Paradise Valley from Loch Leven Ramp to Pine Creek Ramp. I also have an Intex Mariner 4 which is a much sturdier boat with 5 inflatables, oarlocks and a solid floor to stand in the boat for fishing etc but this boat is much heavier to transport making getting in and out of it So if you simply want to spend more of your game day on the water, the Intex Seahawk Series is your best bet.
