I like that it can be used in conjunction with other software products, as well as stand alone tools for monitoring network traffic or applications. It also has some nice features such as alerting when connections are made between two devices which may indicate an attack vector. And they have great customer support! The UI could use more visual appeal but functionality isn't hard once you get your head around how things work. We're using this product along side another tool called Splunk so we've been able to combine those solutions together into one dashboard where our users don't need to know what's going on behind the scenes.
