Overall they sound good, a bit bass heavy when fully inserted but perfectly acceptable. The insulation is great too. However, the most unpleasant moment is the rigidity of the cord. When not wrapped around my ear it stays in place, but I have cord loops sticking out of my head. But when I wrap the cable around my ear as intended, the cable displaces the earcup. I've tried moving the wire back and forth to soften it but to no avail. There is a plastic sleeve around the cable to give it shape and it won't break. If not worn, the earphone becomes completely useless as you can only hear the high frequencies.
