I like my landlines
Some of us still like wired landlines with copper wire, and I'm a big fan of this FC-1507. My hearing isn't getting any better, so I particularly like the high volume and red light that flashes when there's a call. The only thing I don't like is the lack of a built-in switch to turn off the ringer, and it would be useful if there were letters on the buttons. But if necessary, you can just disconnect the connection cable from the phone, and I solved the last problem with the help of letters written on a small piece of paper next to the phone.
