I like that there are so many different ways for employees to use their time off in order to stay motivated. It allows me, as an employer, to reward my team members without asking them why they want it or having to give out monetary incentives. There isn't much to dislike about this program. The only thing I would say I'd change if possible is the fact that you can choose from 5 different kinds of rewards instead of just one. We've seen great results already using Motivosity! My staff has been able to stay engaged throughout the year, especially during our busy holiday season.
