Review on 🌾 Standlee Hay Company Chopped Wheat or Barley Straw for Premium Animal Bedding by Melissa Dallich

This product is finely chopped straw. If you are a true chicken breeder/city farmer you know that this product is not suitable for our flocks. Unfortunately I can't fault the seller as he certainly described the product as chopped straw, but why it's advertised for chickens I really don't know. The straw is so finely chopped that there is a huge amount of dust/small pieces of straw that are dangerous to your respiratory system. Personally, these products are better suited for small animals like hamsters or guinea pigs. I do not recommend this for use with chickens.
