Does what it should and does it well!

I travel a lot and my son who has type 1 diabetes travels with me. That means we always have insulin. Insulin needs to be below 82F or it won't do its job. It can also be stored at these temperatures for just a few weeks before it goes bad. So we need a fridge. Not all hotels have fridges, so I researched a lot of mini fridges. For starters, I needed a really small fridge that could be easily transported in and out of hotel rooms and wouldn't take up too much space in the car. This one holds about six packs, just to give you an idea of the size of what's in there. We have about four boxes of insulin, two open vials (in vial holders), two long-acting insulin pens, and various small items or ice packs. Everything stayed cold. The refrigerator has connections for connecting to a car or an electrical outlet. Works perfectly inside. It also worked well in the car until the temperature in the car reached 100. I usually carry my insulin in a titanium lunch box with ice walls, so I rarely leave it in the car anyway. For what I need for this fridge, it exceeded expectations. Frigidaire is a good and stable brand and this fridge lives up to its mark.
