I couldn't use them for my water pump project! I can cut strings so this isn't my first rodeo. Yes, I use pipe thread sealant and Teflon tape when installing the pipe.1. I suspect the tubes are too thin to thread. 2. The leading edge or ends of the tubes were so sharp they could cut holes in the skin. The front edge of the pipe must always be straight! The flexible stainless steel connection pipe for the hot water tank has thick rubber gaskets on each end to ensure watertightness. The sharp ends of the pipes would make this impossible even if they could be screwed onto the pipes. 3. The threading is so poorly made that it was impossible to fit more than four threads into a stainless steel tee without twisting it completely. I know that if I forced them, there would be some metal left at the end of the thread. they would have left. Tubes are slightly thicker than threads. There wasn't enough metal left on the ends to have a straight edge.4. Maybe the one who cuts the strings doesn't know what he's doing. It seems like it doesn't matter what they sell to the public! Thanks for your time!
