This is an effective supplement to the rehab I was doing on my knee (OA Ortho arthritis) and I'm going add stability and strength and motion to another condition I have had from an injury where there is weakness on that side. Recommend. Also I am buying a second pair in a different color that I can take to the gym for support when I work my leg strength on both sides.
