I walk for a living so good socks are very important. These are lightweight enough to wear in the summer and warm enough to wear in the winter until about 35° F then I want something heavier. They are soft and cushioned enough for a little sand in my boots not to hurt my feet. They keep my feet dry, they are great moisture wicking and aren’t too hot in the summer to make my feet sweat like thick wool socks do. Some colors do wear better than others though. I had the pack of blue and black stripe ones and those felt very different than all my others and they wore much faster and stretched out. The others I’ve had were all much better. I do have to order new ones once or twice a year but I walk 5-10 miles a day 5 days a week for work.
