I consider buying this unit a mistake. It is better to save money and buy something better. I absolutely do not recommend buying. . In the end, they called a warranty specialist. The customer service worked surprisingly quickly, in principle - 5 points. The master came right to the house, on time. For a long time I could not understand what was the matter. Installed a new cappuccinatore - does not work. I already wanted to take the device to myself, but I noticed in time that the fitting on which the cappuccinatore is put on (see photo) is covered with some kind of scale (probably from milk). Because of this, the rubber tube on the old cappuccinatore stretched and, probably, the tightness of the connection was broken. They cleaned everything + replaced the cappuccinatore and gave it a year warranty. Now the machine works again as after purchase. Let's see how long it takes. Added one star for excellent service. . Three months have passed and the problems with the cappuccinatore have returned. Again, cappuccino is not always obtained. Apparently, the flexible tube on the cappuccinatore was again stretched. You have to press it against the nozzle with force to froth the milk. In a word, the design is raw, not thought out. . Two more months have passed. Surprisingly, the problems with the cappuccinatore did not worsen. That is, 9 out of ten cups of cappuccino are obtained as they should. One is past. I'm already used to this car. I used to rinse the cappuccino maker and fitting after each cup of cappuccino (pictured). This coffee machine in our family is something like a cat that tears up wallpaper. You curse him, you chase him with a towel, but it's a pity to drive him out into the street. :)
