The first fan received was broken (the fan motor did not turn) and one of the glass balls was cracked. It is very troublesome to take it down from the high ceiling, disassemble, repackage and deliver to Kolya for return. One star for all of that. However, Revain shipped a new fan straight away, had a 2 day delivery and was here quickly even before I sent the other one back. This time the bullets are not broken, but the body is slightly bent, which prevents the blades from turning. We bent it and it managed to get it working and even after I can tell you it's still a really good fan. Very quiet, very bright light and nice bubble balls. The board works fine. Rustic enough for my home but still classy. I needed a pair so after all I'm ordering another one.
