I like that it is very user friendly for those who are not familiar with using software designed specifically for this type of usage. The customer support team can be slow at times when responding but they do eventually get back in touch once you have given them an idea what would work best or if something doesn't seem right. It does take some getting used too since there aren’t many videos available out yet so everything has been done by trial & error which isn”t always easy. You need someone experienced though because things may look simple from afar but actually require much experience before figuring anything else out yourself without needing help (which makes sense). Being able to run reports quickly allowing us access to all information needed within seconds instead of hours/days depending upon how long we waited previously just wasn't possible prior to purchasing our product due to previous limitations.
