cute tights. I love the ruffles at the bottom of the pants. I took off a star because the material is a bit thin (you can see my baby's patterned underwear underneath) and the pants don't pull up as much. I feel like they should raise the waist higher, but I can't because the seam touches the crotch and prevents it from being pulled further up.
