I bought this food because of the price and nutritional information. It just seems like a good buy. There are two issues I've noticed with eating so far. First, my hedgehog doesn't seem overly impressed with the taste. She eats it but waits until she gets hungry. Second, the size of the food is completely wrong. Twice one of the pieces got stuck in the upper jaw of my hedgehog, which never happened with the old food I ate. As a result, she could neither eat nor drink. I've managed to clean her mouth every time (not an easy task at all) and I'm trying to break open the food a bit, but the thing turns out to be dangerous in the packaging. Thankfully, my hedgehog is one of the most sociable hedgehogs I've ever seen. If it was my old hedgehog from 10 years ago it would be a visit to the vet.
